Call Support Executive

Job Description

1. To be the front face of the company and handle queries related to MIITRAA services either social media queries or phone conversation

2. To plan for the pitching of MIITRAA services to non – venues vendors through cold calls , email or telephonic conversation

3. To convert all the potential leads to final conversion of non-venues services to MIITRAA ecosystem

4. To onboard and guide the non-venues services through contractual agreement

5. To assist the non-venues services if they come to office for any queries.

6. To become a mediator between vendors and our customers and guide or assist them to provide any required services.

7. To fetch regular deals and promotion from the non-venue vendors and proper entry of all data into MS office packages when and where required


  • Communication

Job Specification

1. BBA/ BBS with marketing specialization ( Female are highly encouraged)

2. Must possess 2 wheeler vehicle with driving license

3. Must have expert knowledge on MS – office packages

4. Dynamic Personality with excellent presentation skill

5. Active Involvement in College EC activities will be an additional advantag
