Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new customers, as well as up-selling to existing customers across the region.
Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle.
Present, promote and sell the product to existing and new customers
Coordination with dealers and maintaining the relationship
Identify the potential market and expansion of the new areas
Attain and resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
