Sales Person

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop relationships with prospective students, their families, and organizations. Conduct presentations, information sessions, and campus tours to promote the educational institution.
  • Guide students through the application and enrollment process, ensuring they meet all necessary requirements. Assess students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs or courses. Provide ongoing academic advice, course selection assistance, and support throughout the student's educational journey.
  • Promote the institution's programs, services, and unique selling points to prospective students and their families. Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to attract potential students.
  • Attend college fairs, high school visits, and community events to represent the institution and generate leads.
  • Negotiate and close enrollment agreements with prospective students and partners, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions.
  • Assist students in developing academic plans, selecting majors or concentrations, and understanding graduation requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients by understanding their interests, goals, and educational needs. Provide recommendations and solutions that align with the client's objectives and interests.
  • Track sales activities, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation. 
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to align efforts and provide seamless service to clients.
  • Analyze enrollment data, trends, and metrics to inform recruitment strategies and initiatives. Prepare and present reports on student enrollment, retention, and success rates to institutional leadership.
