Roles and Responsibilities:
- Research and develop new trends of new bottles and packaging.
- Develop innovative packaging designs for product lines that align with brand guidelines and appeal to target demographics, and ensure all designs are ready for production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, branding and promotion, sales, and procurement, to meet brand standards and marketing objectives.
- Support the packaging development process, finalize print from suppliers, and assist in bottle and packaging sizing and material selection. Additionally, be responsible for
- selecting and finalizing materials and technicalities for print, coordinating with vendors, and making final approvals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital design and packaging to ensure designs are fresh, relevant, and competitive.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to junior designers as needed.
