We are looking for a candidate to join our team who loves working numbers. Through the course of our consulting projects, we generate a diverse array of work, and we need someone who is willing to deliver a variety of finance-related work products while assisting various experts that we work with. We envision that to be a good match, one must be collaborative, organized, have effective communication skills, be able to multitask, and be able to complete tasks in a timely manner.

The selected candidate will report to the relevant Associates as well as the founding partner.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Research, analyze and interpret business- and management-specific financial information for various consulting projects
• Develop financial strategies and plans as part of consulting project
• Analyze the results of financial plans to identify and evaluate new financial strategies
• Support in drafting project reports
• Support the team in preparing project budgets
• Support Partners and relevant associates in other areas of consulting assignments and operations as required
• Other duties, as assigned

Requirements: 

• MBA or bachelor's degree (in the management field) with minimum 1 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to prepare and interpret financial statements
• Critical thinker with a keen eye for details
• Ability to handle conflicting priorities and communicate openly for positive outcomes
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills
• MS Office Basic – Intermediate Proficiency (Especially MS Excel)

Preference:

• Prior experience of using Ms 365/Microsoft Teams
• Knowledge of various industries
• Knowledge of various financial instruments valuation concepts
