Roles and Responsibilities:

• To control over all activities in Stores Department
• To check the reagents, supply and order as need and require in time.
• To maintain the consumption reports by the given time duration.
• To ensure both quality and quantity of materials.
• To maintain proper records.
• To initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular stores items whenever the stock level of any item of store approaches the minimum limit filed in respect thereof.
• To initiate action for stoppage of further purchasing
• To check and receive purchased materials forwarded by the receiving department and to arrange for the storage inappropriate places.
• To reserve a particular material for a specific user when so required.
• To issue materials only in required quantities against requisition notes' material lists.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's running is preferred. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in communication and collaboration is a plus.
