Supply and Tender Fulfillment Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supply and Tender Fulfillment Officer. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of public procurement processes, particularly within the context of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office. They will be responsible for identifying potential supply opportunities, liaising with government offices, and successfully securing contracts through the tender process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential supply opportunities within the public procurement sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government offices and procurement authorities to stay abreast of upcoming tenders and procurement needs.
  • Prepare and submit tender proposals in accordance with government procurement guidelines and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather the necessary documentation, pricing information, and other requirements for tender submissions.
  • Coordinate and participate in tender evaluation processes, addressing any queries or requests for clarification from procurement authorities.
  • Negotiate the terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and client specifications.
  • Monitor the progress of awarded contracts, ensuring timely delivery of goods or services, and resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
  • Keep abreast of changes in procurement policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize procurement strategies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on procurement activities, including performance metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes and enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
