Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed KPIs.
- Update development.
- Tracking and analysing sales data to find strengths and weaknesses
- Supervision of team, Junior sales staff (dealers), Whole sellers, distributors, and target achievement.
- Exploring new markets and appointing dealers, retailers, and distributors in viable locations on time.
- Reporting (covering all data) to Immediate supervisor for analysis, suggestions, feedback and approval.
Location: Farwest (HQ Dhangadi), West (HQ Nepalgunj/Kohalpur), Narayani (HQ Narayanghat), Mechi/Koshi (HQ Itahari) and Gandaki/Dhaulagiri (HQ Pokhara)

- Professionalism, managerial, and leadership skills.
- Should be able to use Laptop and proficient in Microsoft Office Skills to produce Reports
