Roles and Resposibilities:

• Identify appropriate individuals within the targeted organizations.
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify new potential prospects. 
• Manage data for existing and new clients in the database.
• Responsible for the project manager’s communication with clients during its absence. 
• Help the project manager build and cultivate professional relationships by initiating communications and keeping in touch with potential clients 
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback for management review.
• Conduct training sessions for internal sales teams and channel partners to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
•  Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all aspects of sales and business conduct.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of proven track record of success in project sales within the building materials or construction industry.
• Well-organized, attentive to details, and customer-oriented. 
• Good command of English, both written and spoken 
•  Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
•  Willingness to travel as required.
