Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with ATL, Media, Digital and Public Relations agencies, external media partners, and suppliers to drive smooth integration and execution of plans to meet campaigns’ objectives and deliverables.
• Analyzing & reviewing market response/requirement and strategizing product plans for accomplishing business goals.
• Analyse market trends and development that may impact offline marketing activities.
• Monitoring and analyzing a brand and competitors’ performance to identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats
• Direct the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the brand team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelors with 4-5 years of experience in Brand and Marketing or Masters with 3 years of experience in Brand and Marketing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Having a flexible approach and a can-do attitude with colleagues in the team
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally
