Roles and Responsibilities:

• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads,, and managing the hiring process.
•  Implement effective onboarding plans.
• Implement training and development programs.
• Assist in performance management process.
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Maintain employee records (Attendance, Leave Management and other relevant data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• At least a bachelor's degree in management. (MBA Preferred)
• At least 5-7 years of experience in the human resources department.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. 
• Good writing skills and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
• Capable of identifying, attracting and engaging target audiences
