• Form strategic partnerships with nearby educational entities and establish agreements for new franchise collaborations.
• Effectively communicate the company's services and ensure franchise partners adhere to established standards and ethics.
• Foster strong relationships with franchise partners and collaborate with the B2B team for valuable market insights.
• Conduct thorough market research to guide expansion efforts and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Provide on-site support to centers, ensuring direct assistance and standardization of operations.
• Plan and oversee events that promote local centers and align with our brand strategy.
• Monitor engagement metrics and deliver insightful reports on partner performance.
• Collaborate with the B2B team to synchronize local marketing efforts with overarching business objectives.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of seasonal programs to enhance the company's outreach and impact.

Requirements:

• Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: Proven franchise management experience, preferably in education consulting.
