We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented project sales executive to join our corporate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing key accounts and projects within the corporate sector. As a Project Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales revenue and achieving business growth objectives.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and target potential corporate clients and projects for lighting and electrical solutions. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and acquire new business opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within corporate accounts. Understand clients' needs, preferences, and project requirements to provide tailored solutions and exceptional customer service.
• Project Management: Lead the end-to-end sales process for corporate projects, from initial prospecting and lead generation to project delivery and post-sales support. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Solution Selling: Present and demonstrate our range of lighting and electrical products to corporate clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions. Customize solutions to meet clients' specific requirements and address their pain points effectively.
• Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the corporate sector. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to gather insights and inform strategic decision-making.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal sales teams, marketing, product management, and other cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Share best practices, knowledge, and market intelligence to enhance team performance and collective success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful sales experience in the corporate sector, preferably in the lighting or electrical industry.
• Strong understanding of corporate sales processes, project management principles, and solution selling techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport, establish credibility, and influence key decision-makers at all levels.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to travel as needed within Nepal.
