Working with dealers to develop business plans, achieve growth targets and support key customer relations.
Identify and shortlist suitable candidates who meet key criteria from both operation and liquidity viewpoint and arrange a meeting with the management team for final approval
Research and identify the probable potential market based upon population, industry size and growth in that area
Ensure brand adequate dealership appearance in terms of exterior and interior Corporate Identity and architectural concepts
Prepare all legal documentation- letter of intent, dealer agreements, dealer policy, breach notices, termination notices
Reviews effectiveness and efficiency of dealer management and staff to make necessary recommendations to the subsequent management level
Coordinates the yearly sales budget and business plan process for the company and its dealer network and monitors it on a monthly basis
Analyze, develop and consult all the activities related to dealer network expansion, their development and process implementation
Conduct financial audit of dealers and ensure everything is on track
Other special assignments and duties of a general or unspecified nature as may be required to achieve the overall effectiveness of the dealer development and its management

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education in Marketing or other Business equivalent
Minimum 2 Years of experience in two wheeler field
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; verbally, written, face-to-face and over the phone with partners and all levels of staff and management
Assertive, vendor management and having ability to getting things done within deadline
The ability to travel to meet clients, attend conferences and research new markets.
Team player with proactive, never-fail attitude in the face of adversity and ambiguous situation
