We are looking for two energetic and reliable Sales Representatives to join our team in Nepal for our tiles, sanitary, marble, and granite sales company. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, sales, collection, and supporting sales operations. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by attending to customer inquiries, offering product ,recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Support sales operations by handling transactions, processing orders, and managing inventory.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales events and special offers in-store.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our tile and marble products, including specifications, pricing, and promotions.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders by coordinating with our logistics team and external transportation providers.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements: 

• +2 or equivalent education.
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the construction materials or home improvement industry, will be an additional advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, as well as fluency in the local Nepalese language.
• A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service and sales.
