Job Specification

  • Working knowledge of SQL Databases & basic network configuration 
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution 
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged 
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time 
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams 
  • Respond to alerts and take corrective action to ensure the high-availability of our production environments and participate in an after-hours on-call 
  • Must have production support experience as the requirement is 24X7X365 production support.
