Job Description
Location: East (Taplejung, Phidim, Illam, Birtamod, Dhankutta, Terathum, Damak, Atthari, Bhojpur, Khadbari,lahan,katari, gaighat, Khotang, Diktel, Solukhumbu)
or West (Nepalgunj to Farwest)
*Supervision of team, Junior sales staff (dealers), Whole sellers, distributors and target achievement.
Exploring new markets and appointment of Dealer / retailers/distributors in feasible areas on time.
*Reporting (covering all data) to Immediate supervisor for analysis, suggestion, feedback and approval. Update development.
*Tracking and analyzing sales data to find strengths and weaknesses
*Meet and exceed KPIs.

*Must be able to use sales Apps like DNMS/ Rosiya etc
*Should be able to use Laptop and proficient in Microsoft Office Skills to produce Reports
*Capacity to work independently
