Marketing Head

Job Description

The Head of Marketing will play a crucial role in driving the marketing strategies and initiatives for all group companies. Reporting directly to the executive team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support revenue growth across all business segments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products and services offered by each group company.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team and department heads to align marketing objectives with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing activities including advertising, digital marketing, events, promotions, and public relations.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes and ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, media outlets, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs, and leverage insights to continuously optimize marketing efforts.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on marketing activities, progress, and results.

Job Specification

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns in diverse industries.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate across functions.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, prioritize initiatives, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in the electrical, financial, or construction industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in Nepali and English languages is required.
