Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Designation: Sr. Assistant/Jr. Executive
Location: Itahari, Hetauda, Butwal, Nepalgunj
- Set up an office and recruit delivery agents.
- Receive parcels dispatched from the Kathmandu hub, record entries in the system, and allocate tasks to delivery agents.
- Collect the Cash on Delivery (COD) amount and deposit it in the bank
- Coordinate with the transportation company to manage the return of orders.
- Efficiently oversee and run office operations.
- Onboarding of new riders
- Act as a WIS (walk-in- support) to address rider problems that cannot be solved online.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's final year running or passing in any field
- In-depth knowledge of the city
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and G-suite
- Good communication skills.
- Should have a two-wheeler license (If not, candidate shall acquire one within 2 months of selection)
