• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and promote suitable products/services.
• Maintain sales records and submit regular sales reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with Finance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a related role.
• Ability to meet targets and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM/reporting tools.
• A valid driving license and own vehicle is preferred for field sales positions.
