• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and dealers.
• Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure product availability and effective channel management.
• Resolve customer issues and provide after-sales support.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
• Monitor collections and support receivable management.
• Guide and support junior sales team members.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to achieve business goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG, or related industries
