Modern Trade Sales Officer
Job Description
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales plans for assigned modern trade accounts.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales volume and market share.
- Negotiate orders, promotions, and display opportunities with customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account personnel.
- Conduct regular store visits and business reviews.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Ensure product availability and optimum stock levels in stores.
- Monitor shelf share, product placement, and promotional displays.
- Coordinate with merchandisers to maintain brand visibility.
- Execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Track promotion performance and provide post-promotion analysis.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign implementation.
- Monitor stock movement and prevent stock-outs.
- Forecast demand and coordinate replenishment requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and customer interactions.

Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- Experience handling supermarket or chain-store accounts is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
