Store Manager
Job Description
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, train, and supervise store employees.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, stock transfers, and minimize losses.
- Ensure proper merchandising, product displays, and store presentation.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Manage cash handling, billing, and daily store closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, schedules, performance, and productivity.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and head office when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.

Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 5-6 years of experience in retail/store management or a similar role.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays when required.
