Sales Supervisor
Job Description
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the team of Direct Sales Representatives.
- Plan and monitor daily sales routes, customer visits, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure effective market coverage.
- Monitor DSR attendance, productivity, sales performance, and daily reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers.
- Identify new customers and expand the company's distribution and market reach.
- Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising in the assigned territory.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the distribution and management teams to resolve market issues.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and performance reports.

Job Specification
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in Dairy, FMCG, or Direct Sales.
- Prior experience in team supervision/field sales will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Kathmandu market and sales operations.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and preferably own a bike.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory.
