• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the assigned territory. 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers. 
• Visit the market regularly to identify new business opportunities. 
• Manage product availability, visibility, and sales activities. 
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. 
• Prepare regular sales and market reports. 
• Ensure timely collection and follow-up with customers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, or related industries. 
• Good knowledge of the assigned local market. 
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. 
• Valid two-wheeler license and own vehicle preferred.
