• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct regular client visits and product/service presentations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports as required.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant departments.
• Ensure timely collection of payments, where applicable.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales or a related position preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel for client visits when required.
• Valid driving license is a must.
