Project Sales Officer
Job Description
- Identify new and upcoming construction project opportunities.
- Visit project sites, contractors, consultants, architects, and developers.
- Generate leads and convert project opportunities into sales.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Track projects from inquiry to order confirmation.
- Promote company products and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Follow up on quotations, approvals, orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with technical, estimation, procurement, and operations teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing.
- Maintain project and customer databases.

Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in project sales, building materials, or a related industry.
- Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and construction companies will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of construction projects and project sales processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently to construction sites and client locations.
- A valid driving license is preferred.
