Sales Manager
Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Set and monitor sales targets for the team.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after-sales service.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams.

- Improve sales processes, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.

Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools is preferred.
