Area Sales Manager
Job Description
- Drive product penetration and volume growth for key home appliance categories (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, etc.).
- Conduct regular market visits and joint working to monitor performance and market execution.
- Appoint and manage distributors/dealers to ensure proper coverage.
- Implement BTL marketing activities, POS deployment, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities or threats.

Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or other relevant field. (MBA preferred).
