Area Sales Manager

Job Description

  • Drive revenue growth and market share in the assigned region for livestock feed supplements, mineral mixtures, and other nutrition products.
  • Develop and manage a network of distributors, dealers, and retailers.
  • Lead, train, and monitor a team of Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) or Sales Representatives.
  • Plan and execute monthly and quarterly sales plans and forecasts.
  • Ensure timely collection of market intelligence, competitor activity, and pricing trends.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science, or Life Sciences; MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in livestock nutrition, animal health, or agri-input sales.
  • Proven track record in rural sales, dealer development, and team handling.

Location : Kathmandu, Butwal, Chitwan, Pokhara

Note :- Candidates should hold experience from Food Item like (Chamal , Cheura, Vula, Aata,Khursani, etc).
