INTRODUCTION

It is undeniable fact that sales is a backbone of any organization. Without motivated and skilled sales team, it will be difficult for organizations to do business and attain growth. In this context, it is vital to keep the sales people motivated and updated with required skill sets at all times, more so in the current context of the economic downturn that the country is undergoing. Owing primarily to high inflation, purchasing power of the consumers at large is on the lower side at present, and this phenomenon is creating huge pressure on businesses, more specifically on people in charge of sales in business organizations. Given this, discourse sessions, from expert national and international resource persons, aimed at equipping sales people in the country with the knowledge and skill-sets required to stay ahead in difficult times, would certainly be helpful.

Against this backdrop, Growth Leadership Academy (GLA) proudly announces the conduct of Sales Summit 2023, seventh annual edition of the event, under the theme “Staying Ahead in Difficult Times”.
