Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
Ensure products are handled and stored properly to prevent damage or loss.
Monitor warehouse space utilization and maintain an organized storage system.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to ensure stock availability.
Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers or distribution centers.
Liaise with transport providers and suppliers regarding shipment schedules.
Assign tasks and monitor warehouse staff performance.
Provide training on warehouse procedures, safety standards, and equipment handling.
Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions.
Maintain proper documentation related to warehouse operations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rate, and warehouse efficiency

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Knowledge of inventory control and logistics processes.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willing to reloacte anywhere in Nepa
