Warehouse Incharge
Job Description
- Manage daily warehouse operations and workflow.
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign duties.
- Receive, inspect, store, and organize incoming goods.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Maintain proper warehouse documentation and records.
- Monitor stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and expiry.
- Follow LIFO/FIFO inventory practices.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, security, and proper space utilization.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments.
- Prepare regular inventory and warehouse reports.
- Support stock audits and implement measures to reduce losses and improve efficiency.

Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or store management.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
