- Selected candidates will undergo a structured 12-month Cluster (Business) Manager Development
- Program with extensive on-the-job exposure across multiple stores.
- As part of the program, candidates will undergo rotational assignments across different stores and
- operational functions, gaining progressive exposure from core frontline operations to supervisory and
- store-management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities after Training Period
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and overall business performance across the assigned cluster.
- Monitor key commercial KPIs, including Sales Growth, L2L Growth, Gross Margin, PBHC, and cost productivity.
- Identify business opportunities and implement recovery plans to improve underperforming stores.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Category, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and IT, to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and develop Store Managers through coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Drive effective execution of commercial initiatives, promotions, and customer growth strategies.
- Analyze business performance, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve results.
- Conduct regular store visits and business reviews to assess performance, identify gaps, and ensure timely execution of action plans.
- Ensure consistent execution of operational and business standards across assigned stores.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management from a recognized institution (BBA, BBM, BBS);
- Specialization in Finance will be an added advantage.
- Strong mathematical, numerical, and analytical capabilities are essential.
- Candidates must have secured 80% or above in Mathematics or Mathematics-related subjects at Bachelor’s.
- Be willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must possess a valid 2-wheeler driving license and own a 2-wheeler vehicle.
Job Type : 3-Days Opening shift and 3-Days Closing Shift
Opening Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Closing Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
