Supply Chain Manager
Job Description
- Lead and oversee the assigned warehouses under the SCM Department, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations across all sites.
- Act as a key liaison between SCM Head Office and ground-level teams through regular warehouse and store visits, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and operational alignment.
- Execute SCM strategic initiatives and operational targets at the ground level, ensuring maximum achievement of defined KPIs and performance indices.
- Ensure continuous training, coaching, and development of warehouse personnel to strengthen team capability, succession readiness, and overall departmental growth.
- Maintain strict control over stock movement and inventory management processes, ensuring high stock accuracy and implementation of warehouse best practices across all operational levels.
- Monitor operational performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions to enhance warehouse efficiency, productivity, and compliance.
- Manage communication and coordination with all internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
Skills
- Proven experience in handling multiple warehouses

- Preference will be given to candidates with FMCG high-volume warehouse
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience
- Good understanding of warehouse KPIs, stock accuracy management and operational compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office Package (especially Excel) reporting and operational dashboards.
- Experience in ERP/WMS systems and inventory tracking software will be an advantage.
