Store Manager
Job Description
- Manage daily store and warehouse operations.
- Receive, inspect, and properly store materials and products.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory.
- Control stock discrepancies, shortages, excess, and damages.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, FIFO/FEFO, and stock rotation.
- Maintain GRN, issue, transfer, return, and stock documentation.
- Coordinate inventory requirements with Purchasing, Sales, Production, and Finance.
- Ensure store security, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Prepare regular inventory and store reports.
- Maintain inventory records in ERP/software.

Job Specification

- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and team-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
