Store Manager
Job Description
- Manage daily store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and recording materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests based on operational requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory with system records.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, categorization, and security of all materials.
- Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing goods, including supporting documents.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Administration, Technical, and other departments regarding material requirements.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and specifications.
- Monitor slow-moving, damaged, obsolete, or excess inventory and prepare reports accordingly.
- Ensure timely issuance of equipment, tools, office supplies, and other materials to authorized personnel.
- Maintain proper documentation for company assets and assist in asset tracking and reconciliation.
- Prepare regular inventory, stock movement, and variance reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal control requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store area.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required inventory records and documentation.
- Perform other store and inventory-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Master’s Degree in Management preferred.
- Candidates with relevant experience and appropriate qualifications may also be considered.
- 4 years+ of relevant experience in store management, inventory control, warehouse, logistics, or a similar role.
- Experience in a technology, telecom, ISP, or service-oriented organization will be an advantage.
