Job Description

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
  • Ensure proper storage and preservation of inventory items.
  • Maintain accurate stock records in physical and computerized systems.
  • Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment requests when required.
  • Issue materials to departments as per authorized requisitions.
  • Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
