Store and Supply Chain Officer
Job Description
- Ensure proper handling, identification, stacking, and preservation of raw materials, and consumables.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and documentation.
- Monitor inward and outward material movement and ensure timely system updates.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, sales, and logistics teams for material availability.
- Coordinate with customs office, freight forwarders, and relevant authorities for import/export documentation and clearance activities.
- Ensure proper loading, unloading, and safe handling of materials.
- Control minimum and maximum stock levels and reduce inventory losses.
- Prepare daily/monthly stock reports.
- Lead and supervise store and dispatch team members.
