sr. Finance Manager
Job Description
- Lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including general ledger, month/year-end close, financial statements, and reporting.
- Prepare accurate management accounts and financial analysis with KPIs, dashboards, and variance explanations to support strategic decisions.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, monitoring performance and recommending corrective actions.
- Manage cost and product accounting for cement manufacturing, ensuring accurate unit costing and margin analysis.
