Shrink Wrap Machine Operator
Job Description
- Set up and operate shrink wrap machines according to production requirements.
- Adjust machine settings for different product sizes and packaging specifications.
- Load packaging materials such as shrink film and labels.
- Monitor machine performance and production output during operation.
- Inspect packaged products for quality, proper sealing, and appearance.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic corrective actions.
- Conduct routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain production records, downtime logs, and material usage reports.
- Ensure compliance with company safety regulations and GMP standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams when required.
- Keep work area clean and organized following 5S standards.
- Meet daily production targets while minimizing waste.
