Shift In-charge
Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate all production activities during the assigned shift to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Ensure daily production targets are met in line with operational plans and quality standards.
- Monitor process parameters, identify deviations, and take corrective actions to maintain product consistency.
- Lead, guide, and motivate shift personnel to maximize productivity and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and promote a safety-first culture on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control team to ensure that finished products meet all specifications.
- Maintain detailed and accurate shift records, including production logs, downtime, and incidents.
- Ensure smooth handover between shifts by effectively communicating operational updates and issues.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage time-sensitive operations.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Engineering, Management, or a relevant field.
- Relevant technical or operational certification is an advantage.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a supervisory or shift-management role.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
