Job Description

 

  • Develop and implement the overall service strategy for HA and SHA divisions in alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee the operations of the service call center ensuring timely and quality resolution of customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Ensure adequate technical training, service protocols, and performance monitoring of technicians.
  • Oversee the spare parts inventory planning, procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Electronics or Management, MBA preferred.

  • Strong understanding of service operations, CRM systems, and spare parts logistics.
