Job Description

  • Identify market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Set and monitor sales KPIs for the team; provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Acquire and manage key accounts including retail chains, HoReCa, and institutional buyers.
  • nalyze sales reports, forecast demand, and present updates to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality compliance across all sales operations.

Job Specification

  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in the AGRO, FMCG, or Meat Processing Industry
  • Relevant experience and clear understanding of Chicken Processing Plant, Product lines, and B2B & B2C sales. (Mandatory)
  • Familiarity with Kathmandu's market landscape and regional distribution channels (Highly Preferred but not mandatory)
