Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, financial capacity, and preferences.
Recommend suitable universities, courses, and study pathways.
Provide accurate information regarding admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and application procedures.
Handle student applications from initial counseling through admission.
Review academic and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
Coordinate with universities and relevant stakeholders regarding applications and admissions.
Follow up with students regarding pending documents, offers, deposits, and other requirements.
Maintain accurate records of student applications and follow-ups.
Support students with the visa documentation process and coordinate with the visa processing team.
Achieve individual and team admission/enrollment targets.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students and convert leads into applications.
Stay updated on UK University policies, admission requirements, intakes, and relevant immigration/visa updates.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in UK education counseling/student recruitment.
Strong knowledge of UK universities, courses, admission processes, and student visa requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counseling, negotiation, and student-handling skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Good documentation and follow-up skills.
