We are looking for a responsible and proactive Office Assistant for our branch in Birgunj. This role is ideal for someone who is familiar with logistics operations and is eager to support both office management and field-related tasks, with a special focus on sales support and customer interaction.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Support in day-to-day logistics operations and documentation.
• Handle courier and parcel collection/delivery from airport and other locations.
• Coordinate with customers to collect required documents, payments and feedback.
• Assist in sales activities by visiting clients and introducing company services.
• Act as a bridge between the operations team and customers.
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing consignments.
• Ensure smooth office functioning and basic administrative support.

✅ Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
• Personal motorbike (company will provide petrol and servicing cost).
• Local candidates from Birgunj or nearby locations are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills in Nepali and basic English.
• Willingness to work in both office and field/outdoor settings.

🤝 Should-Have:

• Experience in customer service or office support roles.
• Ability to maintain proper records and documentation.
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision.

⭐ Nice-to-Have:

• Basic knowledge in a logistics, freight, or courier company.
• Understanding of sales support and lead generation.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.)
