• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and field visits
• Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into customers
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and potential customers
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales or a similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel extensively
