Roles and Responsibilities:

Take charge of sales and marketing activities.
Support setting sales action plans and executing them.
Support manager to prepare a territorial sales forecast and sales performance report as and when required.
Maintain sound relationships with dealers, retailers, and farmers.
Handle customer issues and strive to maximize customer satisfaction.
Build relationships with local government entities, dealers, retailers, and farmers.
Accept ownership with a sense of responsibility for the sales target.
Report writing of various events relating to the program.

Location: Kathmandu (two based out of valley ie. Eastern and western region)

Requirements:

Should have completed a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum two years’ work experience.
Previous experience in sales of agriculture commodities or FMCG.
Strong facilitation and good communication of the messages to be delivered.
Motivation to work closely with dealers, wholesalers and retailers.
Self-driven, action-oriented, and passionate with ‘Can-do’ attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and lead the team.
Should be able to handle pressure at work.
