• Generate new leads and business opportunities for lift/elevator sales within the assigned territory. 
• Identify and approach potential customers, builders, contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners. 
• Conduct client visits, meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. 
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable solutions and quotations. 
• Follow up on leads, quotations, negotiations, and prospective projects to achieve sales targets. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key business stakeholders. 
• Monitor ongoing and upcoming construction projects and identify potential lift sales opportunities. 
• Coordinate with technical, installation, and accounts teams for smooth order execution. 
• Maintain records of leads, client visits, quotations, sales pipelines, and follow-ups. 
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements. 
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets. 
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager. 
• Perform other sales and business development activities as assigned. 

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 
• Freshers can apply. 
• 1–2 years of experience in sales/business development will be an advantage. 
• Experience in elevator/lift, construction, engineering, building materials, or related industries is preferred.
