Sales Executive

Job Description

As a Sales Executive , you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will work closely with clients to understand their advertising needs and provide tailored OOH media solutions that deliver measurable results. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential prospects and industries for OOH media solutions.

Client Acquisition:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
  • Proposal Development:
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and contracts that clearly outline the benefits of our OOH media solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and successful delivery of advertising campaigns.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.

Job Specification

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the media or advertising industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of OOH media and its role in integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
